Waterproofing and ventilation
Tanking behind the tiles in wet areas and adequate extraction are what prevent leaks, damp and mould. We build these in as standard rather than treating them as optional extras.
Electrical zones
Bathroom electrics follow strict Part P zoning rules under Building Regulations. We use qualified electricians and provide the certification for the work.
Falls and drainage
A wet room or shower only stays dry if the floor falls correctly to the drain and the waste is set at the right level. We form the falls properly, which is the detail cheaper jobs skip.
